Job Role

As an Account Executive, you will manage and grow relationships with existing customers, ensure satisfaction and loyalty, and identify opportunities for business expansion. This role requires a hands‑on, customer‑facing professional who can combine relationship management, market awareness, and strong collaboration with internal teams to deliver consistent results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and service quality.
• Develop business opportunities within the existing client base to expand services.
• Explore and pursue new customer acquisition opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and identify potential customer needs.
