About the role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager to join our team at PT Taurus Gemilang Group. As the General Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the overall success and growth of our business. This is a full-time position based in Cilandak Jakarta Selatan.

What you’ll be doing

Providing strong leadership and vision to the organisation, ensuring alignment with the company's mission, values and strategic objectives
Overseeing day‑to‑day operations and managing the functional departments to achieve operational excellence
Developing and implementing effective business plans, budgets and strategies to meet financial and operational targets
Identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities to diversify and expand the company's product and service offerings
Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners and regulatory bodies
Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes employee engagement and development
Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and internal policies

What we’re looking for

Extensive experience (8+ years) in a senior management or general manager role, preferably within a similar industry

Proven track record of successful business leadership, strategic planning and driving operational efficiencies

Excellent problem-solving, decision‑making and risk management skills

Strong financial acumen and understanding of budgeting, forecasting and performance management

Exceptional communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Ability to lead and motivate cross‑functional teams to achieve organisational goals

Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field
