Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certification (CPA, CA, or CMA) is an advantage.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
• At least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory position.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and PSAK / IFRS standards.
• Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Understanding of taxation (PPh, PPN) and government compliance.
• Familiar with ERP or accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, Accurate, QuickBooks).
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven.
• High integrity and confidentiality awareness.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written).
• Able to work under pressure and meet strict reporting deadlines.
• Willing to coordinate with external auditors, banks, and tax authorities.
