Workshop Planner and Controller

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Workshop Planner and Controller to support and monitor all workshop activities, especially in interior construction and furniture project workshops . This role involves managing drawings, preparing quotations, tracking project progress, coordinating with workshop teams, and ensuring materials are available on time.

Key Responsibilities :

Review and analyze technical drawings related to interior construction and furniture projects .

Prepare accurate cost estimations and quotations for workshop projects.

Monitor and control workshop progress to ensure project deadlines are met.

Handle material planning, ordering, and supplier / vendor coordination for furniture and interior materials.

Support the Workshop Controller in daily operations and coordination with craftsmen and technicians.

Coordinate with the Finance, Accounting, and Tax (FAT) Team for budget monitoring, and financial reporting.

Prepare regular progress and performance reports for management review.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in workshop planning, project control, interior construction, or furniture production .

Strong understanding of furniture production processes, interior workshop activities, and technical drawings .

Good knowledge of material planning, procurement, and cost estimation in furniture / interior projects.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.

Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and coordination abilities with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Willing to mobility Jakarta or Cileungsi area.
