Qualifications
Min bachelor’s degree in any business discipline
Have with at least 5 years of relevant Procurement Management experience, preferably from MNC (Multinational Company) or public listed firms.
Professional certifications CIPS and / or MBA are highly desirable preferable.
Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English.
Relevant purchasing experience in subcontracting, parts, and equipment.
Well versed with end-to-end procurement process.
Strong negotiator with proven experience in setting strategies and goals of negotiation; able to conduct negotiations and achieve desired goals.
Result-oriented with proven ability to deliver results in complex environment.
Experience with ERP systems, as well as procurement software (i.e., P2P such as Coupa, Ariba, Esker, etc.).
Strong communication and project management skills.
High level of integrity, respect of others, persistence and passion for success.
Responsibilities
Responsible and ensure effective and efficient implementation of strategic sourcing and management for Subcontracting categories in Indonesia, based on short to long term strategies, market intelligence, analytics, and priority setting aligned with key stakeholders.
Manage a wide variety of sourcing and procurement activities, including but not limited to RFx / Auction, spend pattern analysis, bid / negotiate, contract.
Responsible and ensure all related procurement activities are complying with relevant policies, laws, and regulations.
Manage key suppliers and external parties to support category strategies.
Pro-active to identify and propose cost savings projects and optimization opportunities within the Subcontracting category in relation to execution of sourcing strategy.
Effectively deal with tactical issues within the portfolio of projects and processes.
Align with Group Category Management to drive initiatives and compliance.
Liaise with regional / Global Procurement team to ensure alignment of strategies within country.
Understand global initiatives and translating it into action plans.
Set up KPIs, conduct regular supplier performance reviews to achieve and maintain quality and service levels.
Expected to lead and execute projects independently.
Responsible for Health, Safety & Environment implementation in daily work and in their work area within the organization.
