Job descriptionCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, in any field Minimum 3 years working experience of handling MIS / Analytics for Credit / Risk Management in Banking / Multifinance / Fintech or equivalent Previous exposure to regulatory reports, e.g. SLIK, SILARAS, PUSDAFIL Having at least 1 year of experience in managing a team Experience working with large datasets using SQL is a must Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English Good logical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills

About the role :
- Lead a team of analysts to ensure all risk and regulatory reports meet with the deadline and other requirements especially in term of accuracy and compliance
- Continuously review the process, timelines and quality of reports
- Working with respective units to accommodate changes on business process or regulations into reporting databases and reports
- Maintain reporting databases and solve any issues related to them
- Prepare data for any inquiries from the regulators, lenders and other stakeholders
