As the Senior Business Improvement Manager, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence across Air Fulfilment, Content Distribution, and Process Improvement. You will collaborate with stakeholders across supply, partners, and offshore teams to identify opportunities for improvement, optimize workflows, and enhance productivity.
Your goal is to lead initiatives that improve efficiency, strengthen consultant productivity, maximize automation adoption, and ensure seamless collaboration with offshore partners. This role is ideal for someone passionate about process improvement, innovation, and delivering measurable business impact.
Your Main Responsibilities
You will manage offshore relationships and resources, proactively monitoring performance, SLAs, and driving continuous improvement in operational processes.
You will oversee system administration and release management, including facilitating and participating in system testing.
You will manage automation initiatives, including RPA (Robotics Process Automation) and chatbots, ensuring maximum adoption and effectiveness.
You will design and deploy systems and processes that enhance consultant productivity, automation, and efficiency across the business and offshore partners.
You will lead small to medium-sized projects using structured project methodologies and contribute to larger programs as a key team member.
You will communicate priorities and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
You will collaborate with subject matter experts and technical specialists to effectively transition new work to offshore partners.
You will analyze, validate, and document current and future state processes, identifying risks and issues while ensuring clear communication of stakeholder impacts.
You will contribute expertise to training initiatives, reviewing and providing feedback on training materials.
You will partner with change specialists and business leaders to champion change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business improvement, process optimization, or operational excellence roles.
Strong understanding of Air Fulfilment and Content Distribution processes.
Hands-on experience with automation initiatives, including RPA and chatbot solutions.
Demonstrated ability to lead projects (small to medium scale) using project methodologies.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels of the organization.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Experience working with offshore teams and managing performance against SLAs.
Familiarity with change management practices and stakeholder impact analysis.
Exposure to travel or aviation industry operations.
Experience in developing training materials or conducting training sessions
