Role Description

Responsible for advising on various legal matters and assisting in preparing, reviewing, and negotiating agreements.
Support the legal team in ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, handling legal research, and drafting legal documents.
Providing legal support to corporate actions, such as new business projects, business expansion, partnership, etc (including the regulations, permits & formalities related to these actions)
Providing legal advice and updates to business & management on commercial and corporate matters to ensure that the company avoids legal risks that harm the company
Ensuring sustainability of business licenses (permits & formalities) exist and are complete for all departments
Acting as the coordinating system, compliance, and other audits to which the company may be subjected from time to time

Qualifications

Minimum of a Bachelor\'s degree in Law from a reputable university

At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role

Good understanding of corporate and commercial laws and regulations

Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements

Well-versed in legal research and analysis

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Strong analytical, drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to evaluate fact situations, identify legal / compliance issues, analyze and understand regulations, and recommend appropriate courses of action

Willingness to take on responsibility for matters beyond core expertise

Ability to work with deadlines
