Responsibilities :
- Develop and Design Training Programs :
Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs to improve the sales team's performance, including product knowledge, sales methodologies, communication skills, and customer service.
Customize training materials (e.g., presentations, eLearning modules, job aids) tailored to specific sales processes and company need.Conduct Sales Training Sessions :Facilitate live and virtual training sessions, including onboarding, refresher courses, and advanced skill development.
Use a variety of teaching methods such as workshops, role-playing, simulations, and real-time sales scenarios.Evaluate Training Effectiveness :Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, sales performance data, and team engagement.
Continuously improve the training process based on evaluations and new industry best practices.Collaborate with Sales Leadership :Work closely with Sales Managers and team leaders to identify skills gaps and address specific needs.
Partner with the sales team to deliver coaching and mentorship on an ongoing basis.Stay Updated on Sales Trends :Keep abreast of the latest sales strategies, tools, and techniques in the industry.
Regularly update training content to reflect changes in products, services, or market conditions.Onboarding New Hires :Lead the onboarding process for new sales hires, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed from day one.
Reporting and DocumentationMaintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and assessments.
Generate reports for management on training outcomes and areas for improvement.Requirement & Qualifications :
Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer for a Minimum of 5 Years experience, on Retail / Hospitality / Automotive Industry.Strong understanding of sales methodologies, CRM systems, and sales performance metrics.Ability to manage the full training cycle, including groups and in-person training activitiesExperience with sales performance tools and analytics.Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Experience in designing eLearning or blended learning programAbility to motivate and inspire individuals and teams.#J-18808-Ljbffr
