Senior Digital Consultant (for MXA)

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, strategy consulting, or media planning.
• Strong sense of business and marketing objectives — able to translate them into actionable digital strategies.
• Understands client pain points, industry trends, and performance metrics to recommend growth opportunities.
• Thinks out of the box and can develop fresh, insight-driven campaign ideas.
• Strong storytelling ability — can turn data or strategy into compelling narratives and presentations.
• Experience in end-to-end campaign management (strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting).
• Familiar with multi-platform campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Programmatic, etc.).
• Exposure to brand strategy, performance campaigns, or digital transformation projects.
• Experience in client presentations or insight storytelling is a plus.
• Prefer have agency background.
