Responsibilities include :

  • Distributing database to telesales officers, guiding telesales methods, and handling product offers to customers.
  • Leading and monitoring Telesales Representatives to ensure effective performance.
  • Supporting the sales team and monitoring call quality and customer communication.
  • Motivating representatives through individual contact, goal setting, meetings, and incentive plans.
  • Training staff on products and sales processes to maximize lead generation and closure rates.
  • Preparing monthly reports on revenue tracking and forecasting.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 1 year of Telesales Leader experience.
  • Experience in hiring and developing telesales teams.
  • Experience managing projects and campaigns across teams.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of medium-large fintech or bank call center operations.
