Job Description

Build and enhance backend services in Go according to project plans, specifications, and timelines.

Create and / or review Functional Specification Documents (FSD) to serve as the technical foundation for Go service development.

Prepare and / or review technical implementation guides for deploying Go applications to the production environment after successful testing.

Provide temporary workarounds and permanent solutions for production incidents affecting Go services, ensuring minimal disruption.

Monitor and manage production incidents to ensure resolution within IT service-level agreement (SLA) targets.

Collaborate with developers from other units—including front-end, DevOps, and QA—to achieve project milestones and deliver end-to-end solutions.

Maintain, refactor, and improve the codebase for assigned Go applications, ensuring coding standards, documentation, and version control best practices are followed.
