Senior Implementation Consultant

About the Role : We're looking for Senior Consultant - Implementation (Payroll) - Indonesia, who is responsible for the operational aspects of the global payroll and SaaS implementations.

The SIC is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and documenting the client’s business requirements in accordance with Mercans’ processes and requirements. The SIC communicates the business requirements to the internal stakeholders and ensures, following Mercans standard testing processes and protocols, that the system configurations implemented by Mercans meet the clients’ and statutory requirements.

This role is responsible for delivering the required operational training to the clients and ensuring that the operational Hypercare exit criteria are met for the transition of the services to the Business As Usual (BAU) phase.

The SIC is responsible for managing the stakeholder communications related to the operational activities during the implementations, including Hypercare, in collaboration with the assigned Implementation Project and Program Managers (PM).

Must Haves

• Experience : 6 - 12 Years of hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll implementation for Indonesia clients
• Work Location : Anywhere - India, Indonesia & Vietnam. As it's a Remote Opportunity
• We are specifically looking for candidates from payroll outsourcing companies who have hands-on experience in managing payroll implementation for external clients.
