Job descriptionMinimum 5 years of experience as an IT Supervisor or 2 years as an IT Manager in the automotive industry, with exposure to sales and aftersales operations. Hands-on expertise in SAP and / or Dealer Management System (DMS). Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, system development, maintenance, and database administration. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing IT teams. Familiarity with system integration tools (API, ESB) is a strong advantage.
Chery Indonesia is the local subsidiary of Chery Automobile Co., Ltd., a leading Chinese automotive company specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of passenger vehicles.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and supervise the IT team, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
- Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects to support business operations and growth.
- Oversee daily maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems, hardware, and networks.
- Align local IT operations with Chery Automobile headquarter (HQ)’s IT strategies, policies, and standards.
- Ensure system security, data integrity, and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
