Overview
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Group Account Director to lead a group of dynamic accounts, manage talented teams, and co-create iconic campaigns that leave a lasting impact. This role is perfect for someone who blends strategic thinking, client leadership, and a deep understanding of the creative process. You will be a key driver of client success, ensuring the work is bold, effective, and insight driven.
Responsibilities
- Lead a group of accounts, overseeing strategy, execution, and day-to-day operations to deliver outstanding client service and creative excellence.
- Build and strengthen relationships with senior-level clients, acting as their trusted strategic partner.
- Direct and mentor a team of account managers and executives to deliver brilliant basics and breakthrough thinking.
- Championing the development of big ideas driven by deep human insights, data, and brand purpose.
- Drive integrated communications strategies across ATL, digital, social, content, and experiences.
- Partner closely with Creative, Strategy, and Production teams to bring campaigns to life on time and on brief.
- Guide business growth, from organic opportunities to new business pitches.
- Manage financial health and profitability across assigned accounts.
Qualifications
BA / MA and 8+ years of experience in account management or brand leadership within a creative, brand, or communications agency.Proven ability to lead multi-channel campaigns, including TVC, digital, social, and branded content.Strong strategic mindset with a passion for creativity, storytelling, and culture.Excellent leadership and team development skills.Confident presenter and persuasive communicator in both Indonesia and English.Experience with regional or global brands is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
