Job descriptionPendidikan minimal S1 dari semua jurusan Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun di bidang terkait Memiliki kemampuan public speaking yang baik, serta keterampilan interpersonal dan komunikasi yang kuat Menguasai analisis data dasar (Excel / Google Sheets) Mampu melakukan riset pasar dan analisis kompetitor Memiliki kemampuan problem solving dan berpikir analitis yang baik, teliti, dan terorganisir Mampu bekerja dalam lingkungan yang cepat dan dinamis Nilai tambah apabila memiliki pengalaman di bidang business development atau sales, serta memiliki ketertarikan pada industri otomotif
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Menjembatani tim operation(sourcing division) ke dealer non-Astra
- Membuat dan menganalisa reporting performance dealer non-Astra new car & performance SC
- Menganalisa strategi, tujuan, dan kondisi bisnis perusahaan untuk mengidentifikasiperencanaan pengembangan bisnis
- Melakukan analisa / riset mengenai customer market trade in dan benchmark kompetitoruntuk mengidentifikasi peluang pengembangan bisnis
- Melakukan analisa dan seleksi terhadap data potensial new car dealer berdasarkan strategipasar
- Membuat report data funnel trade inMonitoring data-data vendor komisi new car sales
- Menentukan program yang tepat sasaran untuk menjalin kerjasama dengan non-Astra
- Mendukung kegiatan event - event yang di lakukan oleh non-Astra
- Mengkoordinasikan point-point kerjasama dari new car dealer agar dapat di tinjau lebihlanjut dengan tim legal.
