Responsibilities :
- Translate business requirements and user needs into clear functional and technical specifications, ensuring solutions are aligned with overall business objectives.
- Perform data analysis and funnel analysis to uncover insights, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements for business processes and customer journeys.
- Conduct cost-benefit and risk assessments for proposed solutions, providing management with actionable insights and decision support.
- Design solution architectures with an understanding of system interactions, integration implications, and scalability.
- Apply knowledge of Agile methodologies and requirements lifecycle management to drive project success, ensuring continuous alignment between business and technical teams.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to enhance requirements gathering, analysis, and solution validation.
Qualifications :
3–5 years of experience in business analysis, system analysis , or related roles.Strong analytical skills with proven experience in data-driven decision making and tools for funnel analysis, reporting, and visualization.Familiar with application design and development processes; able to engage effectively with technical teams.Proficiency in prototyping and collaboration tools such as Figma, Axure, Cursor, and Lovable (experience in multiple tools is a plus).Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage stakeholders, document requirements clearly, and manage expectations effectively.Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and business analysis best practices.A collaborative and adaptive mindset, with openness to adopting new technologies and embracing AI-enabled workflows.Nice to Have :
Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or Scrum Master.Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or SQL for deeper analysis.#J-18808-Ljbffr
