Develop comprehensive project plans and manage budgets, resources, and timelines, including monitoring project progress, risks, and performance metrics.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution, supporting organizational change through structured communication and adoption strategies (Management of Change).
Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance business process efficiency, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and workforce capacity.
Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to translate business needs into data-driven maintenance strategies and process improvements.
Monitor and control overall asset performance, providing analytical insights and recommendations to optimize maintenance practices and improve equipment reliability.
Implement standardized and streamlined reporting systems to monitor performance, evaluate maintenance strategy effectiveness, and track improvement program implementation.
Work closely with reliability and maintenance engineers to assess asset performance data, identify performance gaps, and recommend targeted corrective actions.
Ensure alignment between project execution, cost efficiency, and corporate objectives to drive Operation Excellence.
Support the implementation of best practices such as TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), Six Sigma, and Kaizen to enhance productivity, quality, and asset performance.
Foster a culture of safety, quality, and innovation within maintenance and project improvement teams.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree (S1) in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in maintenance, project management, or improvement-related roles within the mining, smelter, or processing plant industry.
Strong understanding of maintenance work management standards.
Proven experience in handling mining, smelter, and processing plant equipment.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
Solid knowledge of TPM, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
Willing to be placed in Jakarta.
Willing to travel to project or operational sites as required.
