Role overview
We are seeking a data-driven and Lead Marketing Data Analyst to join our marketing team to empower our revenue functions with the insights needed to drive strategic decisions and accelerate growth.
This is a unique opportunity to own the data and analytics landscape within a forward-thinking B2B SaaS company. You will work at the intersection of marketing, sales and revenue operations, providing the crucial intelligence that fuels our demand generation and commercial efforts. The right candidate will not only be an expert in data extraction, data manipulation and data visualization but also a partner for Marketing and Sales Leaders with the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire marketing and sales data lifecycle, from data integrity and reporting to deep-dive analysis and strategic recommendations.
- Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and reports for marketing and sales functions (e.g., Demand Generation, Content Marketing, Customer Success).
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all revenue operation platforms (B2B Multi-touch Attribution, Web Analytics, CRM, Data Warehouse).
- Own and enhance our data acquisition capabilities by developing and maintaining ingestion protocols via APIs, web scraping, and low-code / AI automation tools.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand user behavior, campaign performance, and the customer journey from acquisition to retention.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth within our acquisition programs and conversion funnel.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
Ideal requirements
6+ years experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Data Analyst with a strong exposure to marketing and commercial functions, ideally in B2B SaaS, E-commerce, or FinTech companies.Deep understanding of digital marketing and revenue core metrics (CAC, LTV, ), funnel modeling, and customer intelligence analysis e.g., cohorts analysis.Hands-on expertise in SQL, Python, or other programming languages is a must.Solid understanding of data warehouse concepts (familiarity with AWS RedShift and Google BigQuery is a plus).Solid understanding of data infrastructure and protocols associated (data ingestion, blending, storage, ); a previous exposure to data workflows built with AI agents / lowcode platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier, ) is a plus.Advanced knowledge of data visualization platforms (Metabase or similar) and Spreadsheet.Familiarity with marketing and revenue operation platforms (Google Analytics 4, Hubspot, Segment, Dreamdata, HockeyStack) is a plus.Major in Computer Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics.Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills capacity.Working with Manatal
