Job Responsibilities

Diagnose technical issues and explain solutions to customers.
Sell technical products or services and expand the customer base.
Establish new business relationships and address technical inquiries from clients.
Provide product presentations and demonstrations to show how products meet client needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective solution delivery.
Build relationships with clients, understand their technical needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
Act as a liaison between the technical team and customers.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry.

Ability to explain product functionalities to clients.

Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to provide technical guidance.

Honest, highly motivated, resilient, and responsible.

Communicative and team-oriented.
