Job title – Sr Account Manager, FFE ASIA, P&B

Key Responsibilities :

Responsible for growing clients, proposing, and driving the growth of medium to smaller customers.
Engage routinely with all local clients.
Deliver sales growth and margin targets in Indonesia.
Collaborate with regional offices on Innovation Plans, potentials, adoption rates, and growth ambitions for local clients.
Define account / segment needs, targets, and priorities to win business.
Work closely with regional Marketing and Consumer Insight teams to develop the Indonesian market.

You Bring :

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Business, Engineering with 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales.

Good understanding of the Perfumery house industry.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strong negotiation skills and commercial savvy – ability to close deals.

Keen ability to identify and communicate local market and consumer trends.

Positive work attitude, self-starter, result-oriented, entrepreneurial, and able to work independently or in a team.

Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, agility, resilience, and effective communication at all levels.
