Develop & manage full year marketing strategy and budget aligned with brand objectives.
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote the restaurant company and its offerings, including food and beverage promotions, new menu launches, events, community initiatives and content development.
Develop and implement strategic public relations plans related to activation mentioned in the marketing plans.
Cultivate relationships with potential partners to explore new target markets.
Plan and execute special events, partnerships, and sponsorships that align with the brand values and objectives, and drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Evaluate and track results of marketing campaigns.
Evaluate and track results of PR activation.
Build and maintain customer database and engage through regular customer communication media (EDM, loyalty program, etc).
Execute & monitor event implementation.
Social Media Development management : manage end-to-end flow to principal (submission, approval, finalizing), inform social media PIC to handle and execute, and maintain and monitor Social Media Coach Resto.
Implementation of Trello-based workflow (including all artwork related collaterals) : ensure artwork development approval, key message insertion, and finalizing; ready to deliver to all comms channels.
BAU of digital ads : request deployment and monitor results and effectiveness.
BAU of CRM : request wording approvals before deployment, manage WA blast flows, EDM flows, and approvals with other brands (including other KC members).
