Job description

Responsibilities

  • Develop & manage full year marketing strategy and budget aligned with brand objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote the restaurant company and its offerings, including food and beverage promotions, new menu launches, events, community initiatives and content development.
  • Develop and implement strategic public relations plans related to activation mentioned in the marketing plans.
  • Cultivate relationships with potential partners to explore new target markets.
  • Plan and execute special events, partnerships, and sponsorships that align with the brand values and objectives, and drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Evaluate and track results of marketing campaigns.
  • Evaluate and track results of PR activation.
  • Build and maintain customer database and engage through regular customer communication media (EDM, loyalty program, etc).
  • Execute & monitor event implementation.
  • Social Media Development management : manage end-to-end flow to principal (submission, approval, finalizing), inform social media PIC to handle and execute, and maintain and monitor Social Media Coach Resto.
  • Implementation of Trello-based workflow (including all artwork related collaterals) : ensure artwork development approval, key message insertion, and finalizing; ready to deliver to all comms channels.
  • BAU of digital ads : request deployment and monitor results and effectiveness.
  • BAU of CRM : request wording approvals before deployment, manage WA blast flows, EDM flows, and approvals with other brands (including other KC members).
