Responsibilities
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Meta, Google, and other relevant paid channels.
Set clear growth and ROI targets aligned with business objectives.Identify and test new digital channels, ad formats, and audience strategies to drive incremental growth.Own end-to-end media planning and strategy across digital channels (paid social, search, display, affiliates, etc.) to maximize ROI and brand impact.Develop and optimize annual / quarterly media plans, including forecasting, spend phasing, and performance scenario modeling.Campaign Execution & OptimizationLead end-to-end campaign management : planning, setup, testing, monitoring, optimization, and reporting.
Implement A / B testing across creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies.Ensure budget allocation maximizes ROAS while balancing customer acquisition and retention goals.Maintain high-quality creative and messaging synergy with the brand and product teams.Team Leadership & CollaborationMentor, guide, and upskill team members to execute efficiently.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, product, sales) to align marketing initiatives.Manage relationships with external agencies, partners, and platform reps.Analytics & ReportingOwn performance dashboards and ensure data‑driven decision‑making.
Analyze campaign metrics (CAC, ROAS, AOV, CTR, CPM, etc.) and derive actionable insights.Present regular reports to management, highlighting wins, learnings, and next steps.Requirements
7+ years of hands‑on performance marketing experience (luxury, e‑commerce, or high‑value product categories preferred).Proven track record of scaling paid campaigns profitably across Meta & Google.Proven experience in media planning and strategy, translating business objectives into effective cross‑channel marketing plans and budget allocations.Strong experience managing budgets of at least 6 figures.Prior experience leading a small team (or mentoring juniors) is a plus.Expert in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics (GA4).Proficient in tracking, attribution, and performance reporting (UTMs, pixels, conversion APIs).Strong analytical skills : able to turn data into strategic decisions quickly.Up‑to‑date knowledge of ad tech, trends, and platform updates.Creative testing mindset : identify winning creatives and scale them.Strong project management and leadership skills, balancing strategic thinking and execution.ROI‑driven and highly accountable for results.Fast learner, agile, and thrives in a performance‑focused, fast‑paced environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
