Incoming Material Quality Inspector（IQC）

Responsibilities

• Implement incoming inspection standards at contract manufacturers; conduct incoming inspections and non-conformance disposition for complete vehicles and XP proprietary parts.
• Manage incoming quality issues by coordinating with domestic bases, KD plants, and suppliers to drive corrective actions (rework, returns/replacements), ensuring closed-loop resolution with full documentation.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of NEV component structures and incoming inspection standards; proficient in basic metrology tools and QC processes.
• Meticulous quality mindset with foundational skills in data analysis and risk identification.
• Strong principled approach and execution capability; willing to undertake long-term overseas assignments and shift-based inspection duties.
• Proficient English as a working language.
• Prior experience in incoming quality control or complete vehicle disassembly/rework is highly preferred.
