Job description

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a KOL / influencer strategy for Indonesia (short-form video, livestream, Instagram, YouTube, blogs) aligned to acquisition, retention and category priorities.
  • Proactively recruit, vet and sign high-potential KOLs across macro / micro / nano tiers and niche verticals; grow a diverse pipeline to meet seasonal and campaign needs.
  • Lead end-to-end KOL campaign operations : briefing, creative direction, content calendars, tracking setup, launch, monitoring, optimization and post-campaign reconciliation.
  • Establish onboarding processes, performance tiers, incentive schemes and long-term partner development plans to improve lifetime value and content quality.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Category & Merchant teams to co-develop assets, promo mechanics and landing experiences that maximize KOL-driven conversion.
  • Implement tracking & attribution for KOL-driven traffic and orders (affiliate links, coupon codes, tracking tokens); ensure accurate settlement and fraud controls.
  • Monitor content performance and quality (views, engagement, click-through, conversion); translate insights into creative & targeting recommendations.
  • Build reporting dashboards and KPI frameworks to measure partner ROI, content ROAS and pipeline health; present actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with influencer agencies and external talent managers; scale operations via partnerships when needed.
  • Coach and lead local team members or contractor resources involved in influencer operations.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years in Influencer / KOL management , performance marketing or Affiliate operation s, preferably in E-commerce or marketplace environments.
  • Proven track record recruiting and growing influencer programs with measurable GMV / conversion outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of influencer content formats, platform mechanics (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, Facebook, native livestream platforms) and best practices for conversion-driven creative.
  • Commercial negotiation experience (fee / CPS / commission structure) and contract management.
  • Hands-on with tracking / attribution methods for influencers (link tokens, coupon codes, affiliate networks) and familiarity with fraud prevention for influencer channels.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable with Excel and dashboards; basic SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Bahasa Indonesia native-level and fluent business English.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and project execution skills; able to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple simultaneous campaigns.
