We are seeking a talented Junior Auditor to join our dynamic team at KAP Teramihardja, Pradhono & Chandra' in South Jakarta, Jakarta. As a Junior Auditor, you will play a critical role in supporting our external audit engagements, contributing to the financial health and compliance of our diverse range of clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Conducting thorough audits of financial statements and accounting records to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant standards and regulations
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of audit procedures, including data gathering, analysis, and documentation
  • Identifying and reporting on any discrepancies, risks, or areas for improvement within the client's financial systems
  • Collaborating with senior auditors and client teams to resolve issues and provide recommendations for process enhancements
  • Maintaining detailed audit working papers and contributing to the development of audit reports
  • Continuously updating your knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry best practices

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and identify key issues
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of your work
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with accounting software, data analysis tools, and audit techniques
  • A keen interest in the accounting and auditing profession, with a desire to continuously learn and develop your skills
