Responsibilities :
- Monitoring networking connection 24 / 7 for Branch, Head Office and Data Center
- Monitoring and reporting any issue with critical environments in networking, security and server systems.
- Manage, coordinating and communicating all maintenance networking events to related users.
- Manage networking device such as router, switch and server device into monitoring tools.
- Create ticket problem if have incident connection and communicated to related users.
- First layer troubleshooting if having connection failure (e check device networking).
- Escalation to provider for troubleshooting physical connection.
- Feedback to related user for follow up closing ticketing problem.
- Create reporting SLA link connection.
Qualifications :
