What You'll Do

As part of Procurement and Supply Chain Management, you will collaborate with BCG clients to develop and implement strategies that optimize procurement processes and supply chain management. You will apply your expertise, understanding of business contexts, and analytical skills to enable organizational priorities. You will work in multidisciplinary teams to help businesses improve their products and create market growth strategies. Your responsibilities include :

• Holistic project work : analyzing processes, procurement organizations, and product groups; developing strategies to optimize supply chains and procurement processes; implementing these strategies to deliver real results for clients.
• Handling a broad range of challenges : managing diverse client portfolios and projects across various industries and countries, including start-ups, retail, consumer goods, energy, automotive, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare.
• Providing intensive customer consulting : working closely with clients, conducting workshops and negotiations, presenting processes and structures, and quickly gaining industry-specific know-how.
• Cross-industry development : building knowledge across the company through participation in compliance centers and expanding your skill set in new areas.
• Professional leadership : taking on initial management responsibilities by leading interns and consultants, focusing on transferring methods and expertise.
