Job Description

• Control & handling monthly reconciliation for existing clients and partners
• Control & handling documentation and data compilation
• Coordinate with the Claims team to resolve problems / blockers regarding claims from clients
• Coordinate with BI and / or Product team to solve discrepancies in data reconciliation and ensure the data recorded in the system is up to date
• Drive analysis and insights on current products and market
• Liaise with the Business Development Managers in providing support
• Manage portfolio AR client and AP partner insurance
• Manage monthly incentive client
