If you are someone with :

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Law.
Having minimum 7–8 years of work experience in reputable law firms and / or as in-house legal counsel in well-known companies.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesian, and having an excellent command of written and spoken English is a must.
Strong understanding of local laws and regulations relevant to the smartphone industry.
Familiarity with in-house counsel responsibilities, including contract management, providing internal legal advice, collaborating with external lawyers, and handling governmental matters.

And you are ready to be :

Provide strategic legal advice to management and internal stakeholders.

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.

Handle various legal matters, including engagement with governmental agencies.

Review marketing and promotional materials to assess potential legal risks.

Monitor, interpret, and communicate updates on local laws and regulations.

Develop internal legal and compliance guidelines, policies, and standard templates.

Organize and deliver internal legal trainings and seminars.
