Job descriptionDevelopment of the company's long-term strategy, search for new opportunities, build partnerships, and increase the company's value & brand image.Market research, identification of business needs, analysis of competitors, seeking investment opportunities, building partnerships, and conducting strategic negotiations.Building relationships with new potential customers, developing new products or services, finding new markets for coal, or conducting acquisitions or mergers with other companies.Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with suppliers and customers to ensure favorable outcomes.Identify and evaluate potential coal miners, suppliers and buyers based on quality, location, price, reliability, and sustainability criteria.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and operation teams, to ensure smooth execution of inspection operations.Market research to understand customer needs, identify target markets, develop marketing messages, and manage advertising campaigns.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in related field.2 years’ proven experience in Business Development & Marketing.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targetsPassion for Business Development & Sales Marketing.Fluent in English writing, reading & conversation.Willingness to travel as required.
