Responsibilities

  • Assist with Period, Quarter and Year-end closing procedures.
  • Assist in the review of reports prepared by the accounting teams.
  • Prepare variance analysis and commentaries for the assigned Business Units.
  • Prepare Management Incentive & Commission Calculations.
  • Prepare management reports, presentation decks, and minutes as required.
  • Able to conduct presentations on behalf of the DOF as required.
  • Forecast / Budget / Strategic Process / LRP : Prepare and manage the forecast / budget / strategic / LRP process for the assigned area.
  • Deliver analytics and insight on business opportunities, providing sensitivity analysis for business decisions as assigned.
  • Provide analytical support for all business cases / analysis as assigned.
  • Support RDOF and DOF to ensure internal control objectives are documented and met; provide support for ad hoc projects as assigned.
  • Note : The role may evolve to include additional duties as the company grows, particularly in analysis or general accounting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
  • At least 4 years of finance and accounting experience, preferably with some commercial analytics experience.
  • Experience with Multi-National Corporation preferred.
  • Strong Excel skills (Advanced Level) are required.
  • Ability to work with people at all organizational levels and strong communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to handle multiple tasks, priorities, reporting units and tight deadlines.
  • Self-driven, independent, and able to work in a team; well-organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong business integrity and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to work in a multi-cultural environment.
