Job descriptionTo assist Corporate Secretary Ensure timely report submission to external parties and / or government authorities such as IDX, OJK on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. Keep up-to-date with regulations related to company business, especially capital market regulations that may impact company operation. Conduct Shareholders meeting Liaison with external and internal parties, including to prepare and make Annual Report & Sustainability Report, and other reports Prepare meeting materials Other incidental assignments and / or projects Manage company documents
Job Specification
- Bachelor Degree, preferably in business administration, communication, law
- Candidate with internship background in corporate secretarial would be advantaged
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- English fluent
- Good communication skills, confident
