Description

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals, including scheduling meetings, managing travel arrangements, and preparing reports.
  • Handle correspondence, mail, and information requests, including preparing and managing confidential documents.
  • Greet visitors, manage phone calls, and direct inquiries to appropriate staff.
  • Coordinate office management activities, maintain office procedures, and ensure efficient filing systems (both hard copy and electronic).
  • Assist in preparing agendas, taking dictation, transcribing notes, and supporting meetings.
  • Manage budgets, plan events, and oversee volunteer activities.
  • Operate office equipment and coordinate logistics for outgoing mail and packages.
  • Relay directives and assignments to team members, and assist in travel itinerary preparation and record-keeping.
  • Support committees, task forces, and special projects as needed.
  • Conduct website / Newsletter / Scientific Journal searches, and Reports

Job Qualifications :

  • Minimum Diploma Degree from Secretarial Academy or Bachelor Degree from any equivalent reputable university with min GPA 3.00
  • Proven working experience of at least 3 years as Secretary / Personal Assistant
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written
  • Proficiency in Ms Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc)
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Organized, detailed, quick, flexible, communicative, and confident
  • Willing to be placed in Sentul, Bogor (Our Office Lab)
