Job descriptionBachelor's in Civil / Architecture or similar. Minimum 2 years of experience in project management (commercial building or retail experience preferred). SIM A / C required; accessible for self-travel in the Jabodetabek area. Willing to travel for project supervision. Good at negotiation and communication. Have a good amount of experience in project management.
Responsibilities
- Updates report based on approved project list details and information.
- Monitor project engineer and troubleshoot product installation based on product instructions, guidelines and safety precaution.
- Collate related projects documentation and records to be handed over to Project Manager.
- Ensure the project can be completed in time based acknowledged by Contractors.
- Coordinate and supervised contractor during measurement proses to create layouts and 3D.
- Carry out quality control for ongoing projects.
- Supervise projects in accordance with planning.
