About the job Network Engineer Staff (L2)
Responsibilities
As a Network Engineer Staff, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of client network infrastructures. Your key responsibilities will include :
- Analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Deploy and configure network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.) according to the Statement of Work (SoW)
- Perform both preventive and corrective maintenance
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues at the client site
- Escalate complex technical issues to principals or vendors
- Maintain documentation and submit regular technical reports
