We are looking for a Recruitment Officer to manage end-to-end recruitment for Operations (Frontliners) and Supporting roles (Officer–Supervisor level). This role will be responsible for job posting, candidate sourcing and screening, scheduling assessments & interviews, preparing reports, and supporting onboarding activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle (posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling).
- Ensure recruitment processes meet lead time and SLA targets.
- Prepare psychological assessment reports and provide recommendations.
- Support new hire onboarding (equipment, welcome kit, satisfaction survey).
- Coordinate external recruitment activities such as campus hiring, job fairs, and walk-in interviews.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (mandatory).Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience from the retail companyExperience in employer branding is an advantage.Good communication skills in English (spoken & written).Proficient in Microsoft Office.Knowledge of Indonesian labor law & psychological testing is a plus.Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.Willing to travel as required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
