About the role
As the HRD & General Affair Supervisor at PT KENCANA GRAHA OPTIMA', you will play a crucial role in overseeing the Human Resources and General Affairs functions within the company. What you'll be doing
- Manage and supervise the HR and General Affairs teams, ensuring efficient and effective operations
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and programmes to support the company's goals
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, training and development of employees
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary matters
- Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
- Administer payroll, benefits and other HR-related processes
- Manage the company's general affairs, including facilities, equipment and administrative activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the overall business objectives
