Our client, which has experienced consistent business growth since its establishment in 1992, is now one of the leading multi-finance companies in Indonesia. It is a subsidiary of The Export-Import Bank of Korea, holding 85% of the shares, with PT Pengelola Investama Mandiri (PIM) owning the remaining 15%. Our client is committed to providing excellent services to its customers. After successfully offering Leasing and Factoring services, the company now introduces its flagship financial services : Business Credit and Purchasing Credit.

While the previous services focused on utility ownership benefits without depleting capital—such as purchasing short-term trade receivables and settling them—the new services offer additional benefits. Business Credit provides short-term credit for productive purposes, whereas Purchasing Credit offers both long-term and short-term credit options for productive and consumptive needs.

Responsibilities

  • Actively seek out new potential customers.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of corporate review and analysis.
  • Manage existing loan portfolios and customer relations.
  • Supervise and guide subordinates.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 (seven) years of experience in a similar role, preferably in finance or banking.
  • Proficiency in English communication is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Accounting or Management.
  • Experience in handling corporate credit.
  • Strong knowledge of economic principles, accounting, financial markets, and data analysis.
  • Proven marketing management experience, preferably in financial services.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • High sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Note : Candidates for managerial positions must provide at least 3 pieces of evidence demonstrating achievements in marketing management, including project name, project size, success key, and their role.
