Overview
This is a full-time on-site role, home based on Surabaya East Java. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales distribution, monitoring the sales team, developing strategies to increase market share, and maintaining relationships with key clients. The role also involves analyzing sales data, monitoring competitors' activities, and creating sales programs tailored for each key client in their area of distribution.
