Team Introduction :

Provides strategic shared services across Daewoong Group’s Indonesian subsidiaries.

Role and Responsibilities :

• Prepare and consolidate annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and long-term financial plans for all affiliated companies and subsidiaries
• Monitor cash flow management to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations and timely funding requirements for all affiliates and subsidiaries
• Monitor, review, and manage incoming and outgoing payments, ensuring compliance with internal policies, payment terms, and local regulations
• Coordinate and oversee payment processing activities, including vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and intercompany settlements
• Prepare, review, and monitor annual budgets and rolling forecasts, working closely with related departments to gather and consolidate budget data
• Analyze budget variances and provide explanations, insights, and recommendations to management
• Prepare regular cash flow forecasts, funding schedules, and treasury reports for local management and HQ
• Liaise with banks for daily transactions, loan drawdowns, foreign exchange, and other treasury activities as needed
• Regulatory reporting related to loans (BI Reporting, KPPK Reporting)
• Regulatory reporting related to investment realization (LKPM)
• Ensure all financial processes and documentation comply with internal controls and audit requirements
• Assist in the development and improvement of finance SOPs, workflows, and systems related to cash flow, payments, and budget management
