Commercial Officer

Overview

Identify potential customers to achieve revenue targets and grow business from new customer or existing customers

Develop sales plan and consistently perform activities , ensuring all administrative sales tasks are well documented

Develop and implement sales initiatives and strategies for targeted customers

Ensure invoicing processes are aligned with customer agreements and supported by required documentation, coordinating with the finance team to ensure timely payment

Communication with customers to ensure service implemantion aligns with the contract or agreed terms

Job Qualifications

• Minimum S1 Shipping, logistics, Business or Marketing
• Minimum 2 year experience in sales
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Effective communication skills, responsible, disciplined and honest
• Strong sales process, account management and market strategy
