Job Description
Missions :
Responsible for developing and maintaining relevant relationships with stakeholders in the projects channel, primarily in the Commercial Building Solutions (CBS) Hotels and Resorts (Hospitality), and Vertical Residential market segment (Architects, Interior Designers, Consulting Engineers, Façade Engineers, Sustainability Consultants, Developers, Somfy Industrial and Project Partners etc.)Use a solution selling approach to increased awareness of Automation and the Somfy brand in the target segmentResponsible for building a pipeline and converting to sales, of relevant projects ensuring Somfy automation is specifiedActivities :
Establish and maintain a comprehensive database of projects, construction industry insights, and key stakeholders.Drive the specification of Somfy solutions with interior designers, hospitality brands, and property owners for large and medium-sized projects.Manage Somfy project partners to increase sales and expand the project pipelineManagement :
Secures end-to-end specified projects deliveriesClose cooperation with industrial channel team to drive Key Accounts project salesQualifications
Education : Achitectural / Engineering background preferredIndustry Experience : Building material industry experienceMinimum 5 years in similar profileA high level of commercial awareness and entrepreneurshipDemonstrated ability to clarify and summarize complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plansAbility to work effectively and cross-functionally with all levels of management, both internally and externallyHands on attitude towards business - development & expansionHigh ethics and integrity, trustworthiness and discretion when handling confidential informationAdditional Information
