Job Description

• Assist in preparation and implementation of Project Execution Plan (PEP)
• Attend Weekly Progress Meetings (Internal as well as with Client) and assist in preparation of Minutes Of Meetings
• Monitor work in progress and prepare weekly reports on the status of each assignment
• Ensure all procedures and calculations are submitted to the client for review and approval
• Coordinate with all project personnel (onshore and offshore) on daily progress, procurement, and operations to ensure timely completion
• Provide support as required by Management and PMT
• Translate client requirements into actionable plans for the team
• Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor engineering projects
• Ensure deadlines are met
• Respond to client complaints, concerns, or requests
• Monitor compliance with codes, practices, QA / QC policies, standards, and specifications
• Interact daily with clients to interpret needs and represent them in the field
• Perform quality control of work and report on project status
• Assign responsibilities and mentor team members
• Communicate effectively with project manager and team
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate corrective actions
