Role Overview

We are seeking an Accounting Staff to join our client's esteemed team. The ideal candidate should possess at least 2-3 years of comprehensive Manufacturing Accounting, showcasing proficiency in Cash In, Cash Out, Inventory Management, and Tax.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Track and analyze production costs, including direct labor, direct materials, and overhead.
• Monitor variances between standard costs and actual costs.
• Collaborate with the production team to understand and report on manufacturing efficiency and cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting principles, tax regulations, and industry standards.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and respond to audit inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and finance, to gather and analyze relevant data.
• Prepare ad-hoc financial reports for management as needed.
