IBMC Business Group is assisting our client, a luxury hospitality and wellness retreat in Bali, in hiring the Head of Marketing & Sales .
This leadership position is responsible for driving the property’s marketing strategy, building strong sales pipelines, and ensuring the resort achieves its revenue targets. You’ll oversee all marketing and sales activities from brand positioning to lead conversion while working closely with the operations team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Content strategy & analysis for social media channels
- Hotel Sales strategy incl. Google Ads, SEO and social media Ads
- Supervision of web design and sales staff
- Copywriting for posts, newsletter, blog and other promotion material
- Direction & Organization of Content production (videos / pictures etc)
- Event & Aerial teacher training campaigns & promotions
- Website monitoring for content updates, booking engine and performance
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in a leading marketing position, preferably with hospitality background and knowledge about yoga / wellness
- Fluent in both written and verbal English
- Leadership skills, disciplined, motivated with a strong sense of customer service
- Able to work efficiently in a team or individual
- Willingness to support other departments and events
- Indonesian citizen preferred
- Ideally you have a personal connection to yoga, healing practices and spiritual life
