Project Manager – Creative Agency

Location : Remote (Global – LATAM preferred)

Working Hours : 10 : 30 AM – 7 : 00 PM Eastern Time

Salary : $2,000 – $3,500 / month (client prefers under $3,500)

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Project Manager to oversee 1 to 15 concurrent marketing campaigns. The main focus is ensuring all project details and deliverables are up-to-date across teams, using ClickUp as the central project management tool. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong marketing agency experience, excellent English communication skills, and proven ability to manage complex workflows remotely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and track progress for 1 to 15 active marketing campaigns simultaneously.
  • Ensure all deliverables and timelines are current and transparent across teams.
  • Drive company-wide adoption and implementation of ClickUp beyond just creative deliverables.
  • Maintain close communication with teams in New York, LA, and South America.
  • Use Google Workspace, Slack, Excel, and Google Sheets to organize and report project status.
  • Provide regular updates to William (primary contact) and CC Rob
  • Be the central point of contact who “has the finger on the pulse” of all campaign activities.
  • Implement proactive problem solving and maintain transparency in all project workflows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years project management experience, preferably mid to senior level.
  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) required.
  • Extensive experience with ClickUp or similar project management software (ClickUp experience is a must).
  • Marketing agency experience is highly desired (especially with WPP, Omnicom, or similar).
  • Strong command of written and spoken English – flawless communication is critical.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace, Slack, Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • Ability to juggle multiple moving parts in fast-paced campaigns.
  • Self-starter who is extremely organized and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable working fully remote across different time zones
