Location : Factory, Tangerang

• Have minimum bachelor degree from any major. Preferably from Management, Engineering or Psychology
• Have 5 years of working experience, preferably in manufacturing industry
• Able to conduct Training Need Analysis
• Skillful in developing Training Curriculum and Learning Design
• Skillful in Document Control
• Have TOT and or TFT Certification
