Strategic HR Supervisor | Talent Development | Employee Engagement | HR Business Partner

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle and maintain strong relations with condotel / unit owners.
  • Offer and manage relocation programs across Pollux projects (Semarang, Batam, Cikarang).
  • Provide solutions and ensure smooth customer relocation process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales (Property industry is a must).
  • Experience in Hotel or Customer Relations is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Professional, well-groomed, and solution-driven.
