Handle and assist legal and labor matters of clients. -Conducting labor research, and contacting with clients. -Familiar with Peraturan Perusahaan (PP), PHK, Creation of wage tables etc. -Manage industrial relations and handle labor issues (layoffs, warnings, negotiations). -Develop and manage compensation, allowances, and other benefits systems. -Design and implement HR policies, including recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and performance evaluations. -Manage inventory, legal document archiving, and asset control. -Provide strategic reports and recommendations to management regarding HR and general operational conditions. -Lead HR and GA teams and foster cross-departmental coordination. -Develop a positive work culture and company code of conduct. -Other related tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) with Advocate license (PERADI) -Minimum 5 years of experience in HRGA role (Understanding of Indonesian labor laws) -Having management expeirence -Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems. -Business level English.
Business level Japanese is a plus -Strong leadership, good analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. -Strategic thinking and policy development capabilities in HR and GA functions.
